Setting up email on iPhone

Follow these steps to manually configure your email account on iPhone:

1. Open Settings and go to Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account.
2. Select Other.
3. Tap Add Mail Account.
4. Enter the following:
   • Name: As you want it to appear to recipients (eg John Thomas)
   • Email: Provided in your welcome email
   • Password: Provided in your welcome email
   • Description: Any label (e.g. "Work Email" or your email address)
5. Tap Next.
6. At the top, ensure IMAP is selected (not POP).
7. Fill in Incoming Mail Server:
   • Host Name: Provided in your welcome email
   • User Name: Provided in your welcome email
   • Password: Same as above
8. Fill in Outgoing Mail Server:
   • Host Name: Provided in your welcome email
   • User Name: Provided in your welcome email
   • Password: Same as above
9. Tap Next — your iPhone will attempt to verify the settings (this may take a few moments).
10. Choose what to sync. Ensure Mail is toggled on (green). Notes is optional.
11. Tap Save.
